Every service provider on Suluhu goes through a verification process, including background checks, qualification verification, and an interview, before they're allowed onto the platform. We'll keep reviewing performance based on customer feedback after launch.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with a service?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Once bookings are live, if you're not completely satisfied with a service, you'll be able to contact our support team within 24 hours and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
How will payments work?
